Solo Traveler's Comfy Stay

The room was clean and the bed was comfy. I loved that breakfast was provided every morning, made things a lot easier before heading out.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but still acceptable.

I loved the location! Super convenient for the Airtrain to JFK and close to local stores. However, the common area seating could be more comfortable. 😅

I had a lovely stay at Holiday Inn Express, Jamaica, Jfk Airtrain, Nyc, An Ihg Hotel. The room was spacious and clean, with modern decor that made it very comfortable. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, which really enhanced my experience!

Walking the 400 meters with luggage felt uncomfortable due to the sketchy area—definitely not a place to stroll at night. Breakfast lacks decaf coffee, and it’s odd that I could only pay cash for drinks.

great check-in experience but loud hallways

The check-in process was seamless. The attendant offered a warm welcome that made us feel valued right from the start.

I loved the spacious room with the double blinds and the lovely Dove toiletries! Breakfast had great options and the fast check-in made everything smooth. I would definitely return!

Perfect for those unexpected layovers

We were stuck for a night after missing our connecting flight and this place was a lifesaver easy access to the Sky Train made it simple to get around and the free breakfast was surprisingly good gave us the energy we needed for the next leg of the trip.

Yeah it wasn’t cheap but hey the convenience and cleanliness made it worth it.

i recently stayed at holiday inn express, jamaica, jfk airtrain, nyc, an ihg hotel for one night. the location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk to jamaica station, making travel a breeze. the standard king room was spacious and comfortable. what stood out was the warmth and friendliness of the front desk staff, which really made my stay enjoyable.

I found the location really convenient for reaching JFK. The reception staff greeted me warmly and checked me in quickly. My room had a large and very comfortable bed, which helped me get some rest after a long journey. I enjoyed the breakfast. it was tasty with a decent selection. However, the hotel corridors were a bit noisy during the night, which made it hard to sleep at times. I also noticed leftover takeaway bags near the elevator in the morning that should've been cleaned up. The bathroom met my expectations, but I would have liked some UHT milk or half/half for my coffee instead of powdered options. Overall, I had some positive moments but also a few disappointments that need attention.
